The application of a strong quality control methodology
is essential in delivering projects of a high
caliber. At Net Services India we utilise a combination
of policy, review and testing to ensure all projects
are managed and delivered up to the highest possible
standard.
Our policies dictate that prior to commencing
a project, a schedule of review is determined,
setting sign-off points to be addressed at key
times throughout the project. These sign-offs
are not only for the satisfaction of our customers,
but are also undertaken by senior staff or a
designated Project Manager to ensure every project
meets our own high standards. Sign-off and review
are clearly communicated with the customer and
form the initial plan for moving forward that
the customers themselves approve.
Our policies also cover the equipment and technology
we utilise to develop and house projects. We
do not compromise on our resources, and work
hard to ensure our customers are serviced by
the best possible systems and structures achievable.
We are constantly updating our skills and training
our staff to make sure we offer the best team
solution, also with regular review of our skills
resources.
