Our Way of Protecting your Purchase

This SPA agreement is for your protection, please read it very carefully. This document will provide to you, the customer, full disclosure of any issues that may arise while using the NSI's software products ("The software").

- I wish to purchase the software, and I have read the End User License Agreement.
- I have fully evaluated the software before signing this Agreement and find that the software operates satisfactorily on my computer - and every function of the software operates as advertised on the NSI's web site located at www.netservicesindia.com.
- I understand that I dont' have any money back guarantee and that under no circumstances will a refund be issued.
- I will NOT request a "chargeback" from my Credit Card Company.
- I hold NSI Email Express harmless to any liabilities resulting from my use or mis-use of the software. I understand NSI Email Express is ONLY responsible for it's OWN advertising which is available at its web site at http://www.netservicesindia.com - a site which I have visited, completely read and understand.
- I completely and unconditionally verify that I understand that I will receive my NSI Software in downloadable format. Once registered, I realize that it becomes my full functioning software. I understand that I am purchasing a software license and that the download includes all parts of the software package I am to receive.
- I completely and unconditionally understand that NSI ONLY provides electronic product support for the software purchased.
- I completely and unconditionally understand that ALL THE SOURCE CODE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
